I can't speak for everyone, But for me it is the adult themes and situations, along with the risque drawings. I really like the humanness of the drawings and the serious nature of the story. All of them have the tragic lover, or unreturned love, or sorrows and misery followed by joy and happiness. The Yin and Yang of life is in the story.
